Do we believe anything we hear?

Well it Is a Property Boom

My biggest gripe at the moment in the UK is the booming property market, well I am not convinced the problem being is that all we here is prices are going up and back to the pre 2009 crisis prices. Well if I was a normal UK believer, or everyone outside the UK, when you hear figures that quote an 18% rise in a year, you would think GREAT LETS BUY! or Build?

But really you would be sadly mistaken, as with everything that is written these days, it all just a false impression the reality is that the most expensive real estate in the UK “London” has risen dramatically since 2009, approximately 69% and then you have to realise, that this figure is from the most expensive property in the UK.

Well the rest of the country where property is of a much lesser value has only risen 18% in the same period, so it doesn’t take an idiot to work out the “Average UK house price” if you can afford one, is not what it seems.
